If a problem occurs, we may need to bear the labor costs of producing replacement parts, as well as international air freight charges. We work to prevent problems at the source while providing prompt and responsible support whenever an issue occurs.

  • What should I do if I encounter a problem with the product?

    Please contact our customer service team as soon as you notice any problem. To help us identify the issue quickly, please provide the product model, order number, photos or videos of the problem, and a brief description of the operating conditions.

  • What happens if a component or spare part is defective?

    Once the issue has been confirmed, we will promptly prepare the required replacement parts and arrange air shipment whenever necessary to minimize downtime and avoid delays to your business.

  • How do you handle sheet-metal or structural issues?

    If a sheet-metal or structural issue occurs, we will immediately initiate an after-sales investigation. Our engineering and quality teams will review the drawings, production records, materials, manufacturing processes, and inspection results to identify the root cause.
