What materials are your grills made from?
Our grills are made from high-quality stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316), offering excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. The burners are commercial-grade, optimized to ensure even heat distribution and efficiency. We use only the finest materials to ensure our products can withstand the challenges of both residential and commercial environments.

How can I place a bulk order for your grills?
You can place a bulk order by contacting us directly. We will provide you with pricing, delivery times, and customization options. Once the order is confirmed, we will begin production immediately. Our team will support you throughout the ordering process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
Generally, we take 30% of total amount as down payment, which should be wired by T/T. The 70% balance will be paid by T/T after you inspect the products before shipment. We also accept letter of credit although it takes more expenses. But our bank should confirm your opening bank’s credit first.
